Hey Hey! I'm Diamond Saunders. At 36 years old, I have had enough life experience to know that it brings me joy to help others in any way I can. One day, as I was attending a bridal show with a friend; I realized that outside of pamphlets, business cards and posters, there was an extreme lack of unique branding. The light bulb went off! "How can I help people create branding without breaking their bank? I can just offer the service myself." Why not help people expand their brand, while supporting local and small businesses at the same time. My passion for this is growing one client at a time. FAQ's
*Do you design logos and/websites? No. The design aspect of our business is to allow clients to express their personality, while advertising their business or organization uniquely.
*Do you offer sublimation or screen printing? Unfortunately, we do not offer either of those services. Instead we print with vinyl and Direct to Film transfers.
*Is embroidery service available? Yes, we do offer embroidery.
*How long is your turn around time? 2 weeks standard. Any timeframe shorter than that may will require a $25 to $50 rush fee. Large quantity orders may require additional time to process.
*What items do you print on? Shirts, Polos, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Collared shirts, Jackets, etc.
*Do you offer printed material other than clothing? Yes, Business cards, Car magnets and decal signage. (Acrylic signs, Wooden signs, Mirrors and LIMITED Brick and Mortar window decals)
*Turnaround Times: Our typical turnaround time is 14 days. Some orders may take longer depending on the quantity of items. Turnaround time begins the date your invoice has been paid in full. No Exceptions!
*Submitting Artworks: We ask that all logos or artwork be sent over in Vector format or SVG. PNG is only excepted if you desire no color changes or omission to the existing artwork.
*Print Sizes: As we print on sizes from infant to 5XL. Please note our prints will be adjusted accordingly.
*Care Instructions: Please turn all items inside out (if applicable). Wash on cold and tumble dry on medium or low. Iron all items inside out.
*Time Guarantee: Vinyl and Transfers are note permenante print options. We guarantee a maximum of 3 years. That timeframe is with the assumption of regular wearing of the garments and excellent care of the products. Please note excessive wearing, washing and rough activities can reduce that timeframe.
*Manufacturer Defects: Diamond Branding and Design, LLC will not be held responsible for manufacturer defects such as mislabeled sizes, color inconsistencies, re-dyes resulting in discolored discharge, loose stitching and other garment defects. We inspect each shirt while printing but cannot guarantee the quality of each garment.
POLICIES
*Subjectivety: Diamond Branding and Design, LLC will not be responsible if you do not like the look or fit of a garment and/or the artwork printed on it. We will work closely with you to make sure the garment selected fits your needs and meets your expectations. However, we expect each client to do some research of their own.
*Pricing: Diamond Branding and Design, LLC reserves the right to change our pricing at any time and without notice. All orders paid at an agreed will not be changed once the invoice is paid in full.
*Deliveries: ALL orders will be shipped either through USPS or UPS. (Unless the customer would like to pick up their order.) Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. Upon tracking confirmation, any shipping concerns will no longer be the responsibility of Diamond Branding and Design, LLC. Please contact shipping company for any concerns or issues.
*Packaging: All shirts will be individually packaged with printed care instructions included and sorted by size (if appicable.) Unless otherwise discussed.
*Payments: We accept payments via CashApp, PayPal, Venmo or Cash. We Do Not Accept Personal Checks or Money Orders. Invoices are available upon request.
